By accessing, browsing, or otherwise utilizing any component of the Services, a user unequivocally agrees to be bound by these Terms. This action signifies an explicit and affirmative acceptance of the agreement's provisions. It is a fundamental stipulation that if a user does not concur with any part of these Terms, immediate cessation of all access to and use of the Services is required.
II. Definitions

This entity is exclusively owned and operated by Sipstory LTD.

"Processing": Also defined per the NDPA, encompassing "any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction".
"Data Controller": Sipstory LTD, as the entity that, alone or jointly with other persons, determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data, in accordance with the NDPA.
"Third-Party Providers": Refers to any external services, applications, or entities, such as social login providers (Google, Facebook) or digital analytics solutions, that are integrated with or provide services to Sipstory.
"Content": Encompasses any and all text, images, graphics, audio, video, software, data, or other materials generated, uploaded, provided, or otherwise made available by Sipstory or its Users through the Services.
"Subscription": Pertains to any service or feature within Sipstory that requires recurring payments for continued access or use.

Including the phrases "as is" and "as available" early in the Terms proactively limits Sipstory LTD's liability for any service interruptions, technical glitches, or imperfections.

IV. User Accounts and Registration

A critical eligibility criterion is the age restriction: the Services are explicitly not offered to individuals under the age of 13. By creating an account, users affirm that they are at least 13 years old.
Users bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including their username and password. Any activity occurring under a user's account is their responsibility. Users must promptly notify Sipstory of any suspected unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or security breaches related to their account.

Sipstory ensures that users can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. VII. Tracking Technologies
Sipstory utilises common web technologies, including cookies, local storage, and sessions, as part of its tracking mechanisms. These technologies enable the Services to function efficiently and provide a seamless user experience. The primary purpose of employing these tracking technologies is for digital analytics, performance monitoring, and understanding overall user behaviour on the Sipstory website and application. Users retain control over these tracking technologies and can manage or disable cookies and local storage settings directly through their web browser.
VIII. Third-Party Integrations
Sipstory offers convenient social login options, allowing users to register or log in using their existing Google and Facebook accounts. By choosing to use these third-party login services, users acknowledge and agree that their interaction with these providers is governed by the respective third-party's terms of service and privacy policies. Sipstory explicitly states that it is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites or services.
IX. Payments and Billing
Sipstory facilitates one-time payments for specific products, content, or services offered within the platform. All one-time payments are due at the point of purchase and are generally non-refundable. Sipstory offers certain premium features through subscription-based services, requiring recurring payments. All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. X. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with the Sipstory Services, including but not limited to all content, software, underlying code, and the overall design and "look and feel" of the website and web application, are the exclusive property of Sipstory LTD or its licensors. Users retain all rights in and to their User-Generated Content but grant Sipstory a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use such content in connection with the Services.
XI. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Sipstory Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sipstory LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Sipstory LTD's total aggregate liability to a user for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past six (6) months.
XII. Termination of Account
Users may terminate their Sipstory account at any time by following the instructions provided within the Services or by contacting support@sipstory.tech, support@sipstory.tech. Sipstory LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for any breach of these Terms.
XIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. For disputes not subject to arbitration, legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
